??????????????? v. odd. Hopefully it'll reappear!!!
In the meantime I found this to keep us amused
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/gallery-1001073/Its-A-Mans-World-Seth-Lakeman.html
I've honestly no clue what it's about. I'm *guessing* the pics are of products our Mr Lakeman uses. In which case I think maybe we should lay off the age cracks as surely 31 is too young to be hitting the anti-wrinkle cream?
Oooh.... Hang on. There are pop-ups. Yup. It's Seth Lakeman's favourite bloke stuff. Here's the skinny in full (can't be a**sed to copy to pics):
1. iPod Touch
I've recently got hold of one. My favourite listening is something like Peter Gabriel
2. L'Oreal Men Expert anti-wrinkle cream
Having hit my thirties, I now moisturise as I have quite dry skin
[Moisturise fine. All very lovely and new man and all that. But anti-wrinkle. Surely not?! Or is this an important lesson for those of us the wrong side of the big 3.0. *suddenly panics that should be using anti-wrinkle cream to fend off impending old-haggness*]
3. Full Circle shirt
I'm partial to a new cowboy shirt, but without fancy collars or bootlace ties.
[The Nithered shirt I guessing?]
4. Martin guitars
I've always play Martins. I've got a four string tenor guitar that I perform with on stage as well as my violin
[and I'm pleased to see they actually used a shot of a tenor guitar]
5. Tigi hair wax
I like to spike up my hair at the front. This one works well.
[So maymay will know what to use next time she's on ruffling duties]
6. Red Wing Boots
I wear my Red Wings every day.
[In case we want to buy him boots instead of t-shirts]
(ps. on the other one, the Google result is now showing a mailonsunday URL so maybe it's in on Sunday and they posted it early by mistake. *hopes as wants to know what the t-shirt mystery involves*) _________________ The Seth Lakeman Archive - All the Seth news I can be bothered to print

| Well I've just introduced my mum to seth (at long last after hoping he would appear on some tv coverage when i was visiting her) via this interview. It is in todays 'live' magazine which comes in the mail on sunday. I'll try and scan it in a short while so you can all enjoy it. Can't check the link at the mo to see if they've put it back online. |

well in that case a proper 'fitting' would be required methinks, couldn't take any risks of cutting off blood supply - what a nightmare... _________________ Alison x

the question is....does he really use them....maybe we'll have to have a young mireling stow away on the tour bus to do some investigation work for us....or is that midly disturbing suggestion...(I blame the red i've been sipping for the past half hour!!) |

I actually thought Seth 'joked' about putting T's in the microwave before, I never thought you could do that, I think I might try it out sometime, especially if this rain keeps up, can't get my washing dried and all.. _________________ Alison x |

I like the fact now we know how long to put it in for and the type of microwave to keep it clear of...maybe it should have a warning 'don't try this at home kids...tour bus only....!?!?
Or...we'll try it out at the travelodge next weekend if it ends up being a wet and wild night at the gig...(hopefully not though!) |
